HOW DO I RESERVE A CHUPPAH?
To reserve a Chuppah for your special day, we kindly request a 50% deposit. This deposit secures your reservation, giving you peace of mind. As your event approaches, please note that the remaining balance will be due 14 days beforehand, allowing us to make all necessary arrangements to ensure a flawless experience. To offer you convenience and flexibility, we gladly accept credit/debit cards as well as bank transfer as payment methods. At Chuppah Weddings, we strive to make your dreams come true, and our easy reservation process is just the beginning of a truly memorable celebration.
HOW DO HIRE DELIVERY AND SET-UP SERVICES WORK?

Chuppah Weddings provides reliable delivery, meticulous set-up, and efficient take-down services in all areas. For your convenience, our dedicated team ensures that your wedding comes together seamlessly, leaving you free to focus on the joyous celebration.

Depending on the venue location, there may be a minimum hire cost or an additional fee applied. We encourage you to reach out to us for further details and personalised assistance.

DELIVERY/ SET UP/ TAKE DOWN SERVICES:
At Chuppah Weddings, our dedicated team will efficiently assemble your chuppah, with assembly times ranging from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the style. Rest assured, we will have the setup complete and ready 1 hour to 1.5 hours before your ceremony commences. Following tradition, we will strike the chuppah after the ceremony or cocktail hour. However, if you have a unique timeline in mind, kindly inform us, as we are always willing to accommodate your needs. Our reliable delivery, set up, and take down services ensure a seamless experience for your special day.
CAN I HAVE FLOWERS ON THE CHUPPAH?
At Chuppah Weddings, we understand the importance of having flowers on your chuppah. That’s why we offer a floral dressing service, and we also give you the option to work with your own wedding florist to dress the chuppah according to your vision. Our floral options are extensive, and we would be delighted to discuss them with you. Our Modern and Contemporary frames provide ample space for an abundance of flowers, making them perfect for creating a lush and vibrant atmosphere when paired with your own canopy. HOW STURDY ARE THE CHUPPAHS?

All of the chuppahs and frames available at Chuppah Weddings are designed to withstand moderate winds effortlessly, ensuring that your special day remains unforgettable. As long as they are properly set up on level hard ground, you can be confident in their stability. To further enhance stability on a lawn, we recommend utilising our lawn stakes, which we will gladly provide.

With our reliable chuppahs and thoughtful accessories, you can focus on creating beautiful memories without any worries about the elements.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT UNDER THE CHUPPAH?

At Chuppah Weddings, our 6’ x 6’ chuppahs are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is common for parents to stand beside the chuppah, creating a meaningful and inclusive atmosphere during the ceremony.

Our larger 8’ x 8’ chuppahs offer an expanded shelter, providing ample space for up to 10 people, ensuring that all your loved ones can be part of this special moment. So, gather your nearest and dearest under our beautiful chuppahs, as we help you create memories to cherish forever.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?

Quantities are limited, so it’s wise to reserve your Chuppah as soon as you are ready.

For our bespoke Chuppahs, we recommend placing your order 3-4 months in advance of your wedding day.

For rental Chuppahs, we suggest booking no later than 3 weeks in advance for weddings taking place between October and April, and 8 weeks in advance for weddings between May and September. However, if you find yourself in need of a last-minute Chuppah, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
